The Mental Toughness Programme is a fully funded course to help support young people who are struggling with their mental health and general wellbeing.
Mental Toughness is used as a measure of mind-set and to enable change in mind-set through interactive sessions for young people in schools. Mental Toughness looks at the way an individual thinks, which is a key driver in the development of behaviour and attributes.
For further information on the course, please see the Mental Toughness Programme which fully describes the course and SLA.
