They can provide much needed experience of the workplace, help to you boost your confidence, assist in gaining a reference or facilitate on the job training, which will help you to move into employment. We offer regular placements at local organisations and also at Stockport Homes.
Our Graduate Programmes have been created to align further study and / or workplace learning to operational role responsibilities. Graduates will work through their bespoke framework, which will be directly linked to incremental pay progression. Graduate positions are provided in areas of specific strategic importance or growth to ensure that individuals have the opportunity to stretch themselves whilst contributing to significant organisational objectives.
