Community Fund

Apply for up to £2000 with Community Fund

The fund is available to help improve and sustain the neighbourhoods where we manage properties. It will support projects that genuinely make a difference to the lives of our customers and the wider community.

You can bid for any amount up to a maximum of £2,000.

Before you begin the application form please read through our full eligibility criteria found here.

At the end of the application you will be asked to upload two documents. You will not be able to submit your application until you upload these documents so please make sure you have the following documents to hand:

  • A copy of a bank statement clearly displaying your sort code and account number
  • A copy of your governing document

Please complete the application form below to apply. Once you start this application you will not be able to save it, you must complete the form and submit in one visit.

The panel, comprising local residents, meets twice a year to consider the applications independently from SHG. We aim to let applicants know the outcome of their application within a week of the panel meeting.

The panel, comprising of local residents, will use the information you provide on this form to assess your application. Please provide as much information as possible when completing the application form.

The Community Fund is now open for applications until Monday 3rd October 2022 (at midnight). We reserve the right to close to applications earlier if we have already accepted sufficient applications for this round. We recommend applying early to avoid missing out!
