SKylight part of Stockport Homes Group, is a charitable organisation which strives itself on making a difference in the community has won ‘Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative’ at the Housing Heroes Awards.

The Housing Heroes Awards celebrate the leaders, innovators and changemakers across the sector, sharing learning from teams and individuals within the housing sector.

SKylight have won the award for its holistic health and wellbeing support for residents in the Borough in a time of increasing need and diminishing resources.

SKylight supports residents across Stockport from the age of 11, right through to the over 80’s.  It’s joined up approach with partners from across Stockport and Greater Manchester ensures a wide range of support services can be delivered.
