Customer Feedback Team Leader named in the Top 10 for HQN Housing’s Next Generation competition
SKylights Customer Feedback Team Leader Beth Evans has been shortlisted in the Top 10 for Housing’s Next Generation. The annual competition is designed to showcase and celebrate the brightest young talent working in housing.
Housing’s Next Generation is about giving young housing professionals a voice – to share their thoughts and ideas and help shape the future direction of the sector.
Beth has been shortlisted for her excellent customer service and dedication to supporting customers. Since joining in 2021 she has been promoted from a Customer Service Officer to a Customer Feedback Team Leader within one year. Beth is passionate about using her skills to benefit the customer and has implemented a new process on how learning is collected and analysed, helping to improve service delivery for the future.
The next steps for the competition are:
- Semi-finalists present their idea for improving the sector, followed by a judges Q&A,
- The final five are announced
- Final five take part in a live session at HQN’s annual conference. Audience votes for the winner
