Maura has more than 25 years’ leadership experience, including 18 years as a Chief Executive, predominantly within the charity, criminal justice, homelessness, housing and supported housing sectors.
She is now a leadership consultant, mentor and professional speaker, working with organisations and senior leaders on strategy, leadership and organisational development.
Maura brings extensive experience of organisational growth, service development, partnership working and supporting people experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse and disadvantage. She is passionate about strong leadership, thriving communities and ensuring that services make a meaningful difference to the people they are there to support.
